Welcome to Footy Productions. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Nature of Goods

All products sold by Footy Productions are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. This means your item is custom-made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this unique process, we do not keep physical stock.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made to order, Footy Productions does not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection. We only offer replacements or refunds in the following unique cases:

Damaged Goods: If your item arrives with a hole, tear, or structural defect.
Printing Errors: If the print quality is significantly blurred, misaligned, or the wrong design was applied.
Wrong Item: If you received the wrong size, color, or product type than what you ordered.

How to initiate a claim: If your order falls into one of the categories above, you must contact us within [Insert number, e.g., 14] days of delivery.

Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee they will be received or processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Since items are custom-printed, please allow 3-7 business days for production before the item ships. Footy Productions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Sizing

Size charts are provided in the product descriptions. Please review them carefully before ordering. As mentioned, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size.

6. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.
